Our Brisbane MWL bridal boutique in Albion offers a personalised one-on-one experience with expert stylists who help brides find their perfect dress in a timeless and elegant setting.

HOW WILL MY APPOINTMENT WORK?

Your MWL appointment offers complete privacy, with the entire boutique reserved just for you. Explore our entire made to order collection with the help of one of our dedicated bridal stylists, who willl assist with everything from styling to fit. You will be welcomed with a glass of champagne or tea as one of our expert stylists guide you through finding the perfect dress to match your wedding style and body shape. We recommend trying 4 - 6 dresses.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

It is best to do some research to determine which designs you hope to try on. It can also be helpful to bring undergarments of similar styles that you will wear on your wedding day.

WHAT ARE YOUR SAMPLE SIZES?

Our in boutique sample dresses are available in sizes 6 to 18. We also carry a small selection of styles in sizes outside this range, and do our best to accommodate a variety of body types. If you have any size specific questions, please reach out to our customer care team.

HOW MANY GUESTS ARE ALLOWED AT MY APPOINTMENT?

We recommend 3-4 guests per bride in our Brisbane bridal boutique. You are welcome to video call any family and friends who can’t be with you on the day. Unfortunately, we do not allow children, but babies in prams are welcome.

HOW DOES SIZING WORK?

During your appointment, our trained stylists will help you choose the best size based on your measurements. When you are ready to place your order, your stylist will record your agreed size within your file. Please note: we offer split sizing if your bust, waist, and hip measurements don’t align with a single standard size.

PHOTO POLICY

Although we allow photos, we request that you wait until the end of your appointment when you have narrowed down your selection to 1 or 2 dresses.

FITTINGS AND ALTERATIONS​

Our dresses are made to the closest standard size based on your measurements, so some alterations are usually needed for the perfect fit. We consider your height and heel height, but you may want to adjust length or straps. We can recommend trusted local seamstresses and suggest budgeting for alterations. Second fittings aren’t offered since we match your measurements to our size chart.

WHEN TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

We offer standard and priority order options based on how far your order is from your wedding date. To ensure the right timing, please discuss your timeline with your stylist during your appointment. The earlier you place your order, the smoother the process.

POST-WEDDING CARE

Did you know MWL offers professional gown cleaning to restore your dress after your wedding day? Ask your stylist during your appointment about how to arrange this service.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving earlier means the bride before you may feel rushed and arriving later shortens your appointment.

We have a variety of payment options available. We recommend having your bank or credit card with you to complete purchase on the day. Alternatively, we offer partial upfront payment through MWL pay on Australian orders. Your stylist will be able to provide more information during your appointment.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, so if you did want to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please ensure you do this at least two days before your appointment. If cancelling on a weekend, please reply to your confirmation text message as our stylists do not have access to email on the weekends.
