We are Made with Love Bridal, an Australian luxury bridal brand known for our effortlessly chic, quality, and distinctly personable bridal experience. We are an internationally recognised, family-owned business with 8 MWL boutiques and more than 160 Stockists worldwide.  

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our MWL London Flagship Boutique! We are looking for a passionate, motivated & highly organised person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure & is passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service; a responsible and proactive individual to work alongside our boutique manager, assisting with admin, daily boutique tasks, and sales driven while providing a memorable experience to your brides.  

This role is full- time, 5 days a week (including at least one weekend day!), with a competitive salary for the right candidate, and commission.  

What you will be doing:  

• Provide exceptional customer service, assist with handling complaints, and ensure a positive bridal experience
• Assist in achieving sales targets, upsell products, and stylist coaching
• Support manager in training, meetings, and overseeing staff performance. 
• Conducting one-on-one bridal appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our brides daily. 
• Developing genuine relationships with each bride
• Providing outstanding after-sales service to our brides via email and phone. 
• Ensuring the boutique always has exceptional presentation, including cleanliness and merchandising; monitor stock levels, assist with ordering samples
• Managing appointment bookings and general boutique administration
• Achieving sales targets and managing overall boutique sales

About you:  

• You are meticulous with impeccable attention to detail 
• A strong passion for fashion and bridal 
• Proven experience in a leadership role, demonstrating strong organisational, communication, and team management skills
• Experience in a retail environment (luxury or bridal experience is a plus) 
• Have a passion for making the bride’s dreams become a reality! 
• Results-driven and sales-oriented with a proven track record of success 

 The Important bits: 

• Full time, 5 days a week (Saturday or Sundays are a must!) 
• Boutique based in Whitechapel, London  
• Competitive salary plus generous commission

The Role

This is not a traditional marketing role. As our Content Director, you will define and drive the visual and editorial voice of Made With Love. You will create the content direction for all digital platforms, assist with concept development for brand campaigns, and direct a cross-functional creative team to deliver bold, emotional, and design-led storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Narrative and Creative Direction

• Define and refine the visual identity and tone of voice across all brand channels
• Contribute to concept development for seasonal campaigns, capsule launches, collaborations, and runway moments
• Create all creative output, ensuring it reflects the evolving aesthetic and ambition of the brand

Content Strategy and Execution

• Develop and own the brand’s content strategy across web, email, social, in-store, and emerging platforms
• Create and contribute to the strategic content calendar that balances brand storytelling with commercial performance
• Ensure all content is elevated, on-brand, and aligned with key business objectives

Social Media and Digital Content

• Lead the creation, curation of all social content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
• Plan, shoot, and edit compelling, editorially-driven content tailored to each platform – from low-fi to elevated styles
• Identify and leverage trends, sounds, and creative formats that extend reach, deepen engagement, and grow brand equity

Contribution and Collaboration

• Collaborate with a growing in-house and freelance creative team, including designers, content creators, photographers, stylists, and editors
• Collaborate closely with the design, digital, marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure seamless brand consistency across touchpoints
• Source and manage external creative collaborators where required

Trend Leadership and Brand Innovation

• Stay ahead of trends, ensuring the brand remains distinctive and aspirational
• Identify and pitch creative partnerships, shoot concepts, or brand moments that push the brand forward

You Bring

• Minimum 3 year’s experience in content, brand, or creative direction - ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or design-led brands
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership, storytelling, and brand development across digital and editorial platforms
• Hands-on experience in shoot production, art direction, content creation, and social media execution
• Proven ability to collaborate with and inspire a creative team in a fast-paced, highly visual business
• A natural balance of conceptual thinking, editorial taste, and commercial awareness
• Passion for high end fashion, and storytelling that resonates with a global audience
