We have a range of delivery timeline options available, however we understand that sometimes your bride needs their dress even sooner!

If you ever do require a dress more urgently than our Super Rush/Rush timelines, please reach out to your account manager as there is always a possibility that we may have a dress ahead in our production schedule that matches your order and can be redirected to you for an earlier delivery date.

When reaching out to your account manager please include as much information as possible about the dress you’re chasing as this gives us the best chance to catch one in time to redirect for you. Most importantly please include size and any specifications (eg. colour, extra length, etc.).

We can’t always guarantee that a dress will be available to redirect, but, especially for popular designs and sizes, we encourage you to reach out so we can explore the possibility for you and your bride!
